Martin Morawetz
Founder and member of the executive board of Cardea. Based on his practical experience in finance, controlling and supply management he directs and conducts projects related to securing, hiring and employing consulting service providers for large and medium-sized companies in various consulting fields, such as project management, interim management, headhunting and HR consulting, strategy, organization and operations. Before joining Cardea he worked at ABB Daimler-Benz Transportation (Switzerland) AG, Zurich, where he was head of finance and controlling. Prior to this appointment he occupied various positions in controlling, finance, and procurement at ABB Verkehrssysteme (Switzerland) AG, Zurich. From these positions he gained practical experience in hiring and managing external consultants for large and complex projects, such as the company-wide implementation of SAP for 1'200 employees, the acquisition and integration of two medium-sized and large companies as well as the restructuring of production plants. Martin holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich.
